Ecosystem Leadership – An Approach to Collective Leadership in Schools has just been released and is now available through the Australia Council for Educational Research bookshop.

Whilst written for schools the concepts in the book apply to any organisation and provide a template for creating a bespoke leadership ecosystem – an organisation wide approach to leadership.

The book discusses the benefits of a collective approach to leadership, details five key elements of ecosystem leadership and provides advice for developing a contextualised leadership ecosystem in an organisation.
